We're working with a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
.You'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, maintain project schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and work closely with Project Managers to deliver successful projects
Requiremen ts5–10+ years' experience as a Site Superintendent on commercial projec
tsStrong leadership and communication skil
lsExperience with Procore or similar construction softwa
reValid driver's licen
ceMust reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be legally eligible to work in Cana
