Imperial is seeking a Reservoir Engineer with a Bachelor's in Engineering, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in heavy oil reservoirs. You will collaborate with geoscience and engineering teams to execute drilling opportunities, analyze reservoir performance, and contribute to the efficiency of thermal recovery operations. Your impact will enhance production and drive sustainable solutions for energy development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across disciplines for drilling opportunity execution
• Support drilling portfolio with performance forecasts
• Monitor and analyze reservoir performance insights
• Engage in production optimization initiatives
• Analyze thermal recovery performance across technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Eligible for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Qualified Engineer
• 2-4 years of heavy oil reservoir experience
• Knowledge of thermal recovery processes
• Experience with reservoir surveillance and economic analysis
