Job Responsibility:
Experienced maintenance or general contractor for hotel and retail commercial properties in downtown and its proximity.
Conduct routine maintenance preventive checks on all properties systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance and project job orders.
Highly Skilled in carpentry, cabinetry, painting, wall repairs, and electrical and plumbing back ground.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00 per hour
