Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Guesthouse Support Team Members to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves assisting with daily operations, ensuring guest comfort, and supporting the overall cleanliness of the guesthouse. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for hospitality and cleanliness. Experience in hotel or custodial services is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and refreshments in guest rooms and communal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including hallways, lobby, and restrooms
- Support with laundry services for linens and towels as needed




- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Follow health and safety protocols to uphold a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and high standards of cleanliness

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
- Familiarity with hotel operations or industrial cleaning is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workplace
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
