Project Coordinator
Kamloops, BC | Full-Time, Permanent | $65,000–$80,000
We're recruiting on behalf of an established BC Interior General Contractor delivering two wood-frame co-op housing developments in Kamloops: a 53-unit and a 27-unit apartment building, both breaking ground this summer.
This is an opportunity to join from day one and help coordinate both projects through to completion.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Support subtrade and supplier coordination
- Track schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team
- Spend time on-site to keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator with a General Contractor
- Wood-frame multi-family construction experience
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Based in Kamloops or willing to relocate (no LOA provided)
