Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their visit.
- Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.




- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.

Skills

- Previous experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
- Barista experience or food industry background is highly valued for efficient drink preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, serving standards, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in food handling, serving, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
