- Prepare invoices for resort revenue streams.
- Maintain and update Accounts Receivable files in a timely manner.
- Prepare deposits for the bank.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc, departmental reports.
- Perform cash office duties as required.
- Securely maintain customer credit card profiles.
- Communicate procedures and answer receivables processing inquiries.
- Support the Accounts Receivable Team Lead as required.
- Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working setting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You:
- Are numerically savvy, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Are reliable and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Have intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have a minimum of 1 year previous experience with accounting, AP/AR processing.
- Have previous experience using an accounting program (i.e. Sage ACCPAC), POS or sales software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $49,000.00 - 51,000.00/year, dependent on experience
