What You'll Be Doing:

- Welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth — in person and by phone

- Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily schedule flow

- Handling insurance claims, billing, and financial coordination

- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical correspondence

- Communicating professionally with patients, referring clinicians, and insurers

- Supporting a smooth, efficient, and positive front-desk operation

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of dental or medical administration experience — this is a firm requirement

- Proficiency with Dentrix dental software strongly preferred





- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — you will be communicating daily with patients, clinicians, and insurance providers and must do so at a consistently skilled, articulate level

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

- A genuinely warm personality and a strong patient-first mindset

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
