Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver expert skincare treatments, enhance clients’ natural beauty, and provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, hydrafacial, oxygeneo, microdermabrasion, peelings, microneedling, IPL, technologies.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and treatment options to promote healthy skin habits
- Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and meet sales targets
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning equipment and adhering to health regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client inquiries,



offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support retail sales efforts through engaging communication, product knowledge sharing, and upselling techniques of packages

Skills

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to boost revenue opportunities
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out processes
- Skilled in medical esthetics
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
