Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor - Technician to join our team and oversee the production and installation of European tilt and turn windows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry or a related field, along with proven leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the production and installation of METRA European tilt and turn windows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Train and mentor technicians in proper installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance to installation teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and customer satisfaction.




- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production or installation
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in carpentry or a related field, with a focus on window installation and manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of European METRA tilt and turn window systems and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Bachelor or technical diploma in engineering
- CNC machining programing and operations
