Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility. This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule of two shifts per week on Wednesdays and Fridays, averaging approximately 8 hours per week.

Cleaning is completed while the building is closed to the public, allowing you to work independently in a quiet environment. All work is scheduled within designated time windows to ensure the facility is clean and ready before reopening.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the building.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, fixtures, and common areas.




- Sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, and building fixtures.
- Empty garbage and recycling, replacing liners as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Spot-clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as required.
- Restock basic cleaning and washroom supplies.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and checklists.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly.
- Maintain a professional standard of cleanliness and organization at all times.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license (required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically capable of performing routine cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
