HUB International is a leading North American insurance brokerage. We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented Auto Mobile Associate to support our clients and local dealerships, ensuring tailored insurance solutions and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives.
- Proactively offer solutions using a variety of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.
- Process auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
- Develop recent business through cross‑selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

Qualifications

- Level 2 General Insurance License preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
- Weekend and evening availability.




- Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).

Compensation

The position offers a variable compensation structure consisting of a base salary of $40,000–$42,000 plus commission. Base and commission figures vary with the successful candidate’s book of business.
