Duties

- Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on various vehicles, including cars and trucks.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, electrical testing tools, and diagnostic software; execute repairs efficiently using power tools and hand tools.
- Conduct routine inspections of industrial equipment and heavy machinery to identify wear and tear or potential failures.
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, welding, electrical work, and use of industrial tools to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each vehicle or machine serviced.




- Collaborate with customers to explain repair needs clearly and provide excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a robust background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Dealership experience or similar automotive industry background is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, welding techniques, and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic scanners, and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy machinery efficiently.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to explain technical issues effectively.
- Must have a valid 310S Licence
