In close collaboration with Sales & Trade Marketing Managers, the Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of Sales tools & Marketing programs for our BC & MB portfolios.

To be successful in this role, you must be a wine passionate individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Potential candidates would have a team-oriented team spirit and a desire to work cross-functionally with all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute Sales tools & Marketing material for retail and on-trade customers, including but not limited to price lists, sell sheets, product booklets, shelf talkers, neck tags and presentations.

· Assist in the planning and management of events, supplier visits & tastings with post event performance summaries.

· Assist in the custom clearance of shipments with Freight Forwarders and coordinating sample shipments for team.

· Coordinate and submit applications for LDB Tenders and Listings.

· Monitor, track and analyze marketing programs and sales executions.





· Assist in managing the relationship with all key external influencers.

· Tracking of competitor activity and market trends.

· Support forecasting and budgeting processes as required.

Position Requirements:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

· Experience with Adobe Design Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) and an eye for simple design work

· Ability and drive to meet tight deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong presentation skills

· Possess a dependable, insured vehicle & valid drivers’ license

· Knowledge of the LDBs Marketing policies and procedures considered an asset

· Previous marketing experience and/or education considered an asset

· WSET 2, or equivalent an asset

· Ability to lift/carry 40lbs on a regular basis

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
