Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the hospitality industry. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service settings is a plus but not required. Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to food handling and sanitation
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing dishwashing responsibilities
- Restock supplies such as towels, soap, and cleaning agents as necessary




- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen environment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support other kitchen staff members
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper hygiene protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 40 pounds) as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
