They are seeking an experienced Director of Fund Development to lead and evolve their revenue strategy, strengthen donor relationships, and guide a small, high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is equal parts strategic, relational, and execution-focused - someone who can see the big picture, build a clear plan, and ensure the details follow through. You value trust, empowerment, and progress over perfection.The OpportunityReporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Fund Development will be responsible for the development and execution of annual fund development and communications plans, including clearly defined revenue targets and performance metrics.Key responsibilities include:Leading and growing major gifts and signature fundraising initiativesOverseeing donor stewardship, reporting,



and relationship managementProviding regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership and the BoardStrengthening data-informed decision-making across fundraising effortsCollaborating cross-functionally to support organizational goals and sustainabilityThis role involves managing a small team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders nationwide.Location & TravelThis organization operates nationally, with a central office in Atlantic Canada.
