Responsibilities

- Supporting the property manager with tenant inquires, paperwork for evictions and rent, & delivery of tenant notices
- Organizing all invoices and creating purchase orders
- Setting up new clients in the Yardi accounting system
- Getting together payroll information and entering data into spreadsheets
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Coordinating with vendors to attend to tenant issues/maintenance
- Supporting with the administration of commercial properties

Qualifications

- 1+ years experience as a Property Administrator (Can be in residential or commercial)




- Experience with Yardi software is an asset
