About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to help create positive customer experiences and ensure smooth daily store operations. You’ll be responsible for processing transactions, assisting customers, keeping the store organized, and contributing to a warm, community-focused workplace.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Process transactions accurately using POS and cash register systems
Handle cash, debit, and credit payments securely
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Assist customers with product questions and help locate items
Support the sales team by restocking shelves and maintaining displays
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and helpful manner
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Confidence in handling cash and using POS systems
Excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
Familiarity or interest in Latin products and foods is a plus
