About the Role

Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experienced AZ Highway Company Drivers based in Blenheim, Ontario. You will haul reefer freight throughout Canada and the United States. This is not a Monday–Friday position. Our operations run 24/7, and drivers are typically on the road 4–5 days at a time before returning home for resets.

We are looking for professional drivers committed to safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

- Haul temperature-controlled freight between Canada and the U.S.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and cross-border regulations
- Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

- Valid AZ licence
- Minimum 2 years of verified Canada/USA driving experience
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
- Clean criminal record check (required for cross-border travel)
- Must be willing and able to travel into the United States regularly
- Comfortable being out in the truck 4–5 consecutive days per week
- FAST Card required (or ability to obtain)
- TWIC Card preferred
