Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect recent sales opportunities through various channels
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present product features and benefits effectively to potential customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management

Experience





- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to understand technical product details and convey them clearly to clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite is advantageous
- A positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability are essential for success in this role
