We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. The Registered Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, maintaining professional standards, and fostering positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans based on medical history and personal goals.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and track client progress over time.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and professional standards of practice.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and effective treatment explanations.
- Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards at all times.
- Prior experience using Jane is an asset.
- A reliable mode of transportation is required.

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
