Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and construction installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves installing kitchen cabinets efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Prior experience in related trades such as restoration, flooring installation, or general construction is highly valued. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet installation.
- Measure spaces precisely to determine optimal cabinet placement and ensure proper fit.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install cabinets securely on walls or floors.
- Perform heavy lifting of cabinets and related materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with related tasks such as caulking, sealing, and finishing to achieve a polished look.
- Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations,



building codes, and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials after each project.

Experience

- Proven experience in cabinet installation or general carpentry preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, or roofing is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction painting, rebar installation, siding, concrete forming, CNC machining, or manufacturing processes is beneficial but not required.
- Prior handyman experience or skills in restoration work can be an asset.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and stand for extended periods during installation projects.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a construction setting.
