This is a full-time permanent Med-Surg RN position in an acute care hospital setting.

Position Details:

- Full-time permanent role
- Direct hire with the hospital
- Med-Surg unit
- 3-year commitment required

Requirements:

- Active Canadian or US RN license
- NCLEX-RN passed
- Canadian citizenship required for TN Visa Sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based RN experience





Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

- Provide direct bedside nursing care for adult medical and post-surgical patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
- Identify changes in patient condition and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, diagnoses, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
