Supplier Management The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface to join our ABPOC (Procurement Operation Cabin) team based in Quebec, Canada. You will coordinate cabin suppliers at the A220 assembly sites by leading continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities Monitor the performance of on‑site cabin suppliers. Continuously improve the performance of these suppliers. Manage the costs of cabin parts repairs. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and guarantee the quality of supplier activities. Implement action plans and continuous improvement projects to optimize the efficiency and quality of on‑site cabin suppliers. Lead the analysis and resolution of complex quality issues related to supplier activities. Control the costs of cabin parts repairs by ensuring rigorous management and determining liability. Essential Skills Supply Chain Management: Experience in managing suppliers and relationships, especially for on‑site operations. Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of methodologies and tools for implementing improvement projects. Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and track projects to achieve set goals. Cost Management: Skills in financial analysis and cost reconciliation.



Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and find effective solutions. Additional Skills and Qualifications Experience in the industrial industry. Autonomous and self‑motivated. Communication and collaboration: Ability to work with different teams (engineering, finance, suppliers). Initiative: Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. Results‑Oriented: Robust motivation to achieve performance and efficiency goals.
