Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key holder to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Duties

- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Support sales associates in achieving sales targets through effective upselling and product demonstrations
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various merchandise, especially technology products
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction




- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Train and mentor new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and communicate store promotions effectively

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; experience in technology sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and cashiering procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, demonstrating leadership potential as an Assistant Manager
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts as needed; prior experience required

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
