Are you an experienced daycare Director looking for an opportunity to influence the development and growth of a brand current daycare facility?
We are looking for an experienced professional to be a part of our team and help us grow! The role of the Director will lead the way for a child care program focused on the social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children in a safe and nurturing environment.
The Company?
KITA Academy will be opening its first location which will be a 112-children capacity program providing an onsite outdoor play space, full kitchen, open and naturally lit classrooms. We believe KITA Academy will not only be a place for children to grow, but for our staff to grow as well.
The Position?
Qualifications
- Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, and Program Management skills
- Team Leadership and Staff Management experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education best practices
- Organization and Time Management abilities
- Experience in Education Administration or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
The Director position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a director role, an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree (Level 3/CDS), a current first aid certificate, and a current criminal record check (within 6 months).
