Pharmacy Assistant – Short-Term Contract
Location: South Edmonton, AB
Contract Length: 1 Month (Start Date: ASAP)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Hourly Wage: $18.00 – $20.00

Position Overview:
We're looking for a meticulous and efficient Pharmacy Assistant to start immediately at our South Edmonton pharmacy. This temporary one-month contract suits someone who enjoys busy environments and emphasizes precision. The primary work is in the pharmacy, though you'll also occasionally support warehouse operations.

Main Duties:

- Prepare prescription labels with precision, maintaining a pace of 30 prescriptions per hour.
- Stay attentive and detail-focused to support patient safety and accuracy.
- Handle routine clerical and organizational tasks for the pharmacy team.
- Meet warehouse needs, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing inventory.

Required Background:





- Prior pharmacy assistant experience is a must.
- Familiarity with Kroll software is an asset.
- Ability to stay accurate during repetitive work.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Dependable and able to complete the entire 1-month assignment.
