Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, concrete forming, siding, carpentry, and the operation of power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects that require technical expertise, physical strength, and attention to safety standards. This person will contribute to building structures with precision and professionalism, ensuring quality workmanship across all assignments.

Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Framing/finishing and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring cleanliness and organization




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications/requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry or general contracting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Experience with siding installation and woodworking is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
