We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a skilled clinician who is confident performing advanced skin treatments, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional results.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic and is confident performing advanced facial treatments, microneedling, and energy-based treatments. You are passionate about skin health, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while continually expanding your knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client's goals and skin concerns.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Medical-grade facials
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Laser and IPL treatments
- Other non-invasive energy-based skin rejuvenation procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, laser safety, and equipment care.
- Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing education and training.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to create a welcoming, professional, and results-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics clinic (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience performing advanced facials, microneedling, and chemical peels.




- Experience operating laser and IPL platforms with a strong understanding of laser safety, laser physics, skin assessment, and treatment planning.
- Experience using Jane App is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and medical aesthetic treatment planning.
- Experience working with medical-grade skincare lines such as SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, or equivalent professional skincare brands.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Laser certification is considered an asset; additional device-specific training will be provided.
