CAA Saskatchewan has instilled confidence in Saskatchewan for over 100 years by providing the best Emergency Roadside Assistance in North America. As a call counsellor, you will help to deliver world-class service by responding to CAA Member calls for assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service.
- Accurately record details regarding member's location & circumstances into a windows-based database.
- Handle large volume of calls in a positive manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of resources related to CAA Saskatchewan products and services, emergency response services and systems.
Requirements
Experience & Requirements:
- Skilled telephone communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask by navigating through several screens while at the same time speaking with the member.
- Ability to probe and ensure understanding of information provided.
- A common-sense approach to decision-making and analyzing situations.
- Ability to work under pressure while displaying good judgment and composure.
- Basic computer skills.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
