We're looking for an experienced bar manager to lead our front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a creative cocktail program that showcases Revel's ciders, wines and vermouths.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation of the tasting room/bar and bottle shop
- Hire, train and schedule front-of-house staff
- Foster a positive, knowledgeable, and service-focused working environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high hospitality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Oversee opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production, events, and leadership teams on new releases and special events
- Cocktail development that showcases Revel's ciders, wines, vermouths and other fortified products

Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant, winery, cidery, brewery, or hospitality setting




- Experience with cocktail recipe development
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cider, wine, vermouth, and wild fermentation is a strong asset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work evenings, weekends, and special events
- Smart Serve certification
