Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with experience in operating bucket trucks and rigging techniques. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the health and maintenance of trees, ensuring they thrive in their environment while promoting safety and aesthetics in our landscapes.

Duties

- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Operate bucket trucks safely to access trees at various heights.
- Conduct thorough assessments of tree health and provide recommendations for care.
- Utilize GIS technology to map and analyze tree locations and conditions.
- Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Implement safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Educate clients on proper tree care practices and landscape management.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Arborist or in a related field,



with knowledge of tree biology and care techniques.
- Proficiency in bucket operation and rigging practices.
- Familiarity with GIS applications for tree management is a plus.
- Solid understanding of landscape maintenance principles.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license is required; certification as an Arborist is preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour
