Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and power tools with precision and care
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to understand project specifications
- Use hand tools and rigging equipment safely to complete various painting tasks across different environments
- Perform restoration work on existing surfaces, ensuring seamless finishes that match original standards
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards




- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate work progress and address any concerns

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting or related trades such as carpentry or industrial work
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial projects
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and rigging equipment safely
- Experience with surface preparation including sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently until November
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude in all interactions
