What You'll Do:
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas, keeping a sharp eye out for anything out of place
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems, keeping surveillance coverage tight and reliable
- Respond quickly and confidently to alarms and emergencies, liaising with law enforcement or emergency services when needed
- Carry out regular site inspections, checking compliance with safety regulations and loss prevention practices
- Document incidents and observations clearly and accurately for management review
- Be the friendly, professional face of security — delivering excellent service to everyone you interact with
- Enforce site rules and regulations fairly and consistently to keep everyone safe
What You Bring:
- Background in law enforcement or security operations preferred
- Comfort and confidence working with CCTV and surveillance technology
- Solid understanding of loss prevention techniques
- Sharp observational skills and a steady head in high-pressure moments
- Robust verbal and written communication for reporting and day-to-day interactions
- A reliable, independent worker who's just as strong as part of a team — integrity is non-negotiable
