As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey, building lasting relationships while representing three iconic brands: Chevrolet, Buick and GMC.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations from first contact through delivery and beyond
- Represent Chevrolet, Buick and GMC brands with professionalism, knowledge and pride
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing vehicle features, services and accessories
- Partner with Sales and Financial Services Managers to structure competitive deals on recent and pre-owned vehicles
- Respond to inquires via phone, internet, live chat and social media platforms
- Build and maintain a strong network of loyal customers through effective follow-up and lead management
- Stay current on product knowledge, financing options and competitive market trend
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience (highly desirable but not essential)
