Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the company. From sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience while helping managers find the best fit for their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and timelines
- Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms
- Actively source candidates through online channels and networking
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding steps
- Maintain records and recruitment metrics using our ATS

What You Bring:





- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required)
- High attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience

Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly Pay: $20 - $25, based on experience
