Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in industrial maintenance. This role requires proficiency in managing maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading a team of maintenance professionals. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in all maintenance tasks.

Duties

- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure effective operation and performance of all equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support ongoing operations.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance tasks.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.

Experience

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Proficiency in managing electrical systems, including low-voltage applications.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in industrial settings.
- Experience with CMMS for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of their work.

Job Type: Full-time
