Mark Anthony Group (MAG) is an entrepreneurial drinks company founded in 1972 that has grown into an international drinks company. Our portfolio includes iconic beverage brands and a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain our Data Lakehouse architecture, including performance monitoring, data quality and data infrastructure.
- Design and build robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Provide technical leadership, lead code reviews, aid in setting up engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate and lead solution design discussions with various Data and IT teams.
- Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical and operational needs.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of Data Engineering / ETL development experience.
- Advanced SQL, Python, and data warehousing experience.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud data services (Glue, Lambda), Snowflake and IaC.
- Recent hands‐on experience with Snowflake.
- Strong data modelling experience.
- Experience in Agile environments.

Learning & Development

- Collaboration with other D&A; teams and business teams in delivering data products.




- Exposure to other D&A; disciplines such as data management, analytics delivery, and AI/ML.

Compensation & Perks

- $110,000–$125,000 annual base pay, complemented by a bonus plan; pay determined by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
