In this role, you'll utilize your 3-5 years of experience with EPM systems to enhance internal support and address technical challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining system health, executing user acceptance testing, and providing comprehensive documentation.

Your expertise will help us improve the integration of financial systems across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure system health of our EPM solution (Pigment)
- Provide timely technical support for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate on system enhancements and bug resolutions
- Conduct user testing to ensure data reliability
- Draft user help articles and process documentation

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in EPM platforms experience needed
- Experience with financial reporting and planning processes
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused communication with non-technical users
- Background in writing user documentation is a plus
