This full-time role centers on leading utility-focused electrical projects for Shermco Canada. As a Project Manager, you will supervise project planning, scheduling, and execution in accordance with strict safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, schedules, and stakeholder communications
- Prepare work authorization packages and compliance documentation
- Lead pre-job site evaluations and crew training sessions
- Manage project costs and identify change orders proactively
- Track and document project progress and final deliverables
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in a utility or electrical project management role
- Engineering diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Experience with commissioning and apparatus testing procedures
- Knowledge of CSA Z462 and Work SafeBC regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
