Job Summary The Business Solutions Manager – Pharmacies plays a key role in creating value for pharmacies within the Sandoz Canada Retail Marketing team. This role develops, deploys, and optimizes business solutions tailored to market needs, working closely with sales teams and internal and external partners. It serves as a reference point for business solutions and contributes to positioning Sandoz as a strategic partner to pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities - Business Solutions Development & Management: analyze the market, identify opportunities, and design innovative solutions that address pharmacy needs.
- Partner Management: negotiate, manage and coordinate external partners involved in delivering solutions.
- Contract Management, Administration & Compliance: collaborate with Legal, Finance and Pricing teams to ensure regulatory and internal compliance; maintain rigorous administrative follow‑up.
- Solution Deployment, Go‑to‑Market & Execution: plan and coordinate implementation, develop tools and materials for sales teams, support integration into commercial strategies, and ensure project follow‑up (budgets, timelines, deliverables).
- Training & Support: train and support field teams on solution adoption.
- Performance & Value Creation: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
Essential Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in administration, sciences, pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Canadian pharmacy environment.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in business solutions and/or marketing strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience operating in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with current technologies.
- Fluency in oral and written French (mandatory).
- Fluency in oral and written English (required for communication with customers, partners and colleagues).
- Must be based in the Greater Montreal area.
- High level of rigor and compliance mindset; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing and mobilizing sales teams; good understanding of the retail pharmacy market.
- Innovative mindset and customer‑focused approach.
