About the Role We’re looking for a versatile, persistent product engineer who’ll own a large portion of one of our products and deliver end‑to‑end features. The engineer will research competitors, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement solutions with minimal process.

Responsibilities - Own product features end-to-end, from discovery to shipping.

- Research competitors and write product specs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Design and build scalable backend and frontend components.
- Deploy features with CI/CD, ensuring production quality.
- Build reusable building blocks across the stack.
- Collaborate with design, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Examples of past work include:
- Automated interview scheduling that calculates times from interviewers.
- Declarative filter architecture for creating complex filters.
- Feature to allow users to sign offers within Ashby.

Qualifications - Strong ability to work across the full stack.

- Experience tackling product and technical ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Seek to create leverage by automating or abstracting tedious work.
- Comfortable with rapid‑paced delivery, balancing speed and quality.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres,



Redis—though not required.

Technical Stack
