Progression Muscle Bone & Joint Clinic – Vernon, BC

Progression Muscle Bone & Joint Clinic is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative musculoskeletal care team in Vernon, BC. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into additional hours.

This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys functional rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, and working closely with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Progression, you will play a key role in helping patients return to meaningful daily activities, work, and recreation following injury or musculoskeletal conditions.

Your caseload will include:

- Occupational rehabilitation programs

- Motor vehicle injury rehabilitation

- Community-based OT assessments

- Return-to-work planning

- Job site visits and functional assessments

- Functional capacity and activity-based rehabilitation

You will work as part of a highly integrated interprofessional team, collaborating with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on real-world functional outcomes.
