Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior to join our energetic team. In this role, you will support various aspects of restaurant operations, focusing on food preparation, serving, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Duties

- Assist in food preparation and cooking processes following established recipes and safety standards.
- Support the serving team by delivering excellent customer service and attending to guest needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Participate in food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and ensuring quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices.

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Some experience with restaurant management or supervising roles is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills to effectively serve guests and coordinate with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
