Property Maintenance Team Member

Compensation: $23.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

We're looking for a hardworking and dependable Property Maintenance Team Member to help deliver exceptional landscape maintenance and construction services while representing our company with professionalism and care.

As a valued member of our team, you'll play an important role in ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standards while contributing to a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace.

What You'll Do:

Perform a variety of landscape maintenance services, including:

- Lawn mowing
- Line trimming
- Blowing and site clean-up
- Leaf and debris removal
- Weeding and edging
- Shrub and perennial pruning
- Raking and mulch installation
- Spring and Fall clean-ups

Assist with landscape projects, including:

- Stonework and hardscape installation
- Soil and granular aggregate placement
- Grading and site preparation
- Tree, shrub, and perennial planting
- General landscape improvements

Winter Operations

During the winter season, you'll assist with:

- Snow plowing
- Sidewalk shovelling
- Snow blowing
- Ice melter application
- Nightly weather and site checks

Equipment & Operations

- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow proper operating procedures for equipment and tools.




- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Safety & Teamwork

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work safely in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Communicate positively and professionally with team members.
- Contribute to a respectful, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Represent the company professionally while on client properties.

What We're Looking For

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
- Previous landscaping, construction, or property maintenance experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
