What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a permanent full time Dental Office Administrator.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Engaging in internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency,



providing customer service for all patients -- greeting patients, scheduling and cancelling appointments, and processing insurance claims along with billing any balances, and preforming other administrative tasks (answer telephones/emails, update patient records, etc.).

Schedule:

- 30-40 hrs/week
- Mixed shifts between Days, Evenings, and Saturdays
- Closed long weekends
- Closed Sundays

Requirements:

- Dental Office Administration Experience - asset
- Customer Service Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
