The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role supports KeyDirect’s B2B e-commerce operations distributing locksmith equipment, automotive key programming tools, access control products, and related supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and warehouse locations.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and customer requirements.
- Package products securely to prevent shipping damage.
- Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation.
- Coordinate daily shipments with carriers.
- Perform final quality checks before shipment.
- Verify serial numbers and included accessories when required.
- Report damaged or incorrect products immediately.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and cycle counts.
- Maintain organized warehouse shelves and packing stations.
- Use ERP/WMS and shipping software accurately.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
- E-commerce fulfillment experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements
