Duties

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties, processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food handling and safety standards.
- Engage with guests proactively to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as needed,



including restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and completing shift reports.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations enhances your ability to succeed.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling is required.
- Prior cashiering experience or familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
