Qualifications:
3-5 years of transportation experience preferred

Must be very proficient in "Load-link"

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and willingness to learn

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear direction to Professional Drivers to ensure efficient load instructions execution

Address service concerns with customers to ensure a positive experience

Manage Driver concerns and provide appropriate responses

Plan, book, and coordinate loads effectively

Coordinate equipment maintenance in case of breakdowns

Promoting and supporting all safety initiatives when performing roles and responsibilities.
