We are currently looking to fill a Development Support Engineer role for our team:

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Core Infrastructure Management: Designing, deploying, and maintaining our Subscriber Data Management (SDM) portfolio (HLR, HSS, UDM/UDR).
- Protocol Expertise: Troubleshooting and optimizing signaling protocols such as SS7/MAP, Diameter, and HTTP/2.
- Lab Operations: Managing our development and test lab environments and partnering with R&D; to validate current features and software patches.
- Integration & Testing: Supporting E2E integration and using network simulators to replicate traffic scenarios and troubleshoot issues.

We’re looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile packet core engineering. Proficiency in cloud/virtualization (OpenStack, Kubernetes) and automation/scripting (Python, Bash) is also essential.

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- Mobile packet core engineering: 3 years (required)
- OpenStack and Kubernetes: 2 years (required)
- automation/scripting (Python, Bash): 2 years (required)
